A: We are pleased to offer samples for quality check. Samples fee and shipping freight apply, but will be refunded if a full container order is placed in the future.
- Do you have products in stock?
A: All motorcycles, including samples, are produced according to order requirements. We do not keep products in stock.
- Can I use my own design?
A: Absolutely! We can customize motorcycles with your brand, design, and colors.
- Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container as long as the minimum order quantity for each model is reached.
- What's the delivery time?
A: The regular lead time for minimum order quantity is around 25-40 working days, with actual delivery times varying for specific orders.
- What is your quality control method?
A: Quality is our priority. We are an ISO9001 certified company with strict quality management systems in place from raw material procurement to merchandise.
- What are your warranty terms?
A: We offer different warranty times for different products. Please contact us for detailed warranty terms.
- Will you deliver the correct goods according to the order?
A: Yes, we will keep you informed throughout the process and provide production photos and videos if needed to ensure accurate delivery.
- Can I visit your workshop?
A: Absolutely! We welcome you to visit our factory in Jiangmen. We can arrange to pick you up upon your arrival.
- Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: Yes, a deposit of over 30% is required to start production once the contract is confirmed by both parties.
